PAYMENT

Payment Only via Pay Pal.

We will send Pay Pal invoice to your email account once we
receive your order form which you can find at each doll detail page.

SHIPPING

We ship via Express Mail Service (EMS) because your package can be traced at the tracking site immediately.

Via EMS ,the item will be delivered within 5~6 business days after the confirmation of your cleared payment (varried depending on where you are. Exp: from Japan to USA takes approximately 4-5 days, to Europe - 5-6 days)

Once we have shipped out your order, we will contact you to inform your EMS tracking number, so that you may check the status of your order by yourself. We request not to urge us about the parcel delay.

**Important notice: Seller is not responsible for tax and duty. If there's any question about tax and duty, please ask for more details to your local authority before you place an order.

*Note 1:Any charges occured when the items are returned to us, and the charges when we need to re-ship the items back to the customer due to the errors in the address provided by the customer will be charged to the customer.

Please make sure there are no mistakes in the shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

* We accept item return request only if the item we sent you is different from what you ordered.

* Please inform us within 3 days after you have received your item, with pictures of the item condition attached to your email .

IN CASE YOU RECEIVE A BROKEN DOLL

We ship dolls with care and sufficient buffer in a container. But if unfortunately you receive a broken doll, please contact your local post office on the day of receipt or on the next day.

Also please send us an email with a picture of the broken doll being in the container.

Once EMS has received your report through your local post office, they will start the investigation. Once the investigation is over we will send your new doll. However, please understand the investigation may take a certain period of time (could be over a month).
